The number of people who speak Chinese at home (Table: P034). Next to Spanish, Chinese is the most widely spoken non-English language in the country. Also among the top 10 most frequently spoken languages are: Tagalog (1.3 million); Vietnamese (1.1 million); and Korean (966,959).

汉语人口在美国本土有220万,仅次于西班牙语,排名更后的是菲律宾语、越南语和朝鲜语.
